Returns & Exchanges
At OC Style Apparel, we are always striving to provide the highest level of service to our amazing customers! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to help, because we're only happy if you're happy! We will gladly accept your return following the conditions listed:
- Returns or Exchanges can be made if postmarked within 14 days of receipt of delivery in new, unworn condition with the original tags on.
- Please submit a request for return via email and we will send you a return shipping label that you can print. Please note, delivery fees will be deducted from refund.
- Items postmarked after 14 days of original delivery are valid for store credit only.
- Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, or deodorant will not be accepted.
- In order to receive a refund to your credit card, the return MUST be postmarked before 14 days of original delivery date.
- Please include your original invoice or packing slip with your return.
- If an item is damaged after it is worn, it can not be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fess if a return is not accepted. If the shipping fee is not paid within 14 days of email receipt, the item will be donated.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo of the item so we can begin a return process for you.
- An email will be sent once we've received your item, and then please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- All Last Call & Flash Sale Items are final sale (for reference, a Flash Sale Item is those that are marked 30% off or more).
